Responsibilities:

• Handle the operation of the payments transaction, inward and outward remittance via SWIFT/ RTGS, or treasury/ bond settlement
• Handle remittance/ settlement enquiries from customers and internal staff
• Co-ordinate with various departments and branches in provision of remittance/ settlement services
• Check and verify blacklist records and detect suspicious money laundering transactions

Requirements:

• Post secondary education or above
• Minimum 1 year of clerical/ administration support experience in financial industry preferred
• Attentive to details
• Customer-oriented with good communication skill
• Good PC knowledge, including MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
• Fresh graduate will also be considered
