Major Responsibilities:

1. Assist to monitor the underwriting quality and quantity performance standards, ensure the team is performing to meet the defined services standards by giving clear goals, priorities and mandates.
2. Assist to review, update and streamline the underwriting guidelines and procedures from time to time so as to ensure they are competitive and maintain quality output.
3. Provide underwriting service and support to multiple distribution channels including agency, brokerage and direct marketing. Provide professional and accurate response to enquiries.
4. Participate in product launch including draft user requirements, conduct user acceptance test and implementation
5. Update underwriting manuals or any other projects assigned by supervisor

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Degree holder with minimum 2 year experience in life insurance underwriting
• Customer focus, good interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in MS office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Good command of English and Chinese
