Job Description
Responsibility:
- Promote and develop new agent and sale channel in life insurance business
- Maintain good relationship with agency force and provide professional service to agency
- Motivate agency by day to day communication, strategic planning to improve efficiency and productivity
- Introduce and update life insurance products
- Responsible for the Agency Recruitment, Agency Manager Meeting
- Assign Agency Key Performance Indicators and help Agency to achieve the target
Requirement:
- Degree holder business or other related discipline
- 4 years’ experience in Agency Development or Agency Administration
- Proficiency in communication and presentation skills
- Good command in English and Chinese
