Job Responsibilities:

• Handle policy documents including new, renewal and amendment cases
• Handle daily policy operational and service reports
• Support day to day operations including issuing or reviewing policy documents to ensure its quality
• Assist underwriters to review exception reports and maintain the exception report log
• Provide administrative and clerical support to the team including quotation preparation, documents retrieval, maintain Team Share Drive
• Assist in system enhancement and ad hoc projects assigned

Job Requirements:

• Form 5 or above with professional insurance qualification such IIQE Paper 1 & II preferred
• Minimum 3 years working experience with Polywin System experience will be advantage
• Knowledge of general insurance product
• Self-motived and detailed-oriented
• Good team player
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficiency in Word, Excel & PowerPoint
