Job Description
Our client is a reputable insurance group in Hong Kong, the company is currently looking for high caliber candidates to fill up above positions:
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of staff to provide administrative/ operations support to the policy administration department including policy documents, endorsements, contract provisions, policy issuance etc.
- Assist in document flow management
- Perform quality control and ensure meeting company policies guidelines
- Prepare KPI report for management review
Requirements
- Degree holder preferred
- Minimum 5 years of Policy administration or document/ operations management experience, preferred in insurance industry
- Attention to details and proactive attitude
- Good problem solving and people management skills
- Candidates with more experience will be considered for Senior position
