Responsibilities

• Lead a team of staff to provide administrative/ operations support to the policy administration department including policy documents, endorsements, contract provisions, policy issuance etc.
• Assist in document flow management
• Perform quality control and ensure meeting company policies guidelines
• Prepare KPI report for management review

Requirements

• Degree holder preferred
• Minimum 5 years of Policy administration or document/ operations management experience, preferred in insurance industry
•  Attention to details and proactive attitude
• Good problem solving and people management skills
• Candidates with more experience will be considered for Senior position
