Our client, a well known insurance company is urgently looking for a high calibre candidate to join their team.

Responsibilities:-

• Lead a team to handle new business and life underwriting operations.
• Ensure the new individual life applications and jumbo cases are assessed under company's guidelines and KPI.
• Negotiate with reinsurers.
• Review and develop underwriting procedures and guidelines from time to time.
• Provide training to both internal staff and distribution channels.
• Provide professional advice to distribution channels.
• Participate in ad hoc projects.

Requirements:-

• Bachelor degree with FLMI / ACS qualification is preferred.
• 12 years of relevant experience in life insurance industry, solid in medical and financial underwriting.
• Strong in project management.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good people management and strong business sense.
• Good command of written English & Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese).
