Responsibility: 

•     To deal with all legal matters of the company, including drafting and review of legal documents and providing legal advice
•     Draft and review commercial agreements and other legal documents, to ensure that the company’s legal interests are protected
•     Manage disclosure and report matters pursuant to the Hong Kong listing rules
•     Liaise with internal and external legal specialists
•     Provide guidelines in respect of corporate governance and internal control

Requirements:

•     Bachelor Degree holder in Law or equivalent
•     Excellent communication skills, good command of Cantonese, Mandarin and English
