The Manager (Emergency Preparedness) is mainly responsible to prepare, coordinate and support the establishment of Local Emergency Response Plan (LERP) at the corporate level.

Duties:

• To develop contingency plans and system building, resources identification, maintenance of surge capacity and organizing cross departmental training/drill
• To provide secretariat support to the HKRC Emergency Preparedness Working Group (EPWG)
• To maintain the effectiveness and sustainability of the LERP
• To provide support to the local emergency operation

Requirements:

• University Degree Holder, preferably in Social Science Discipline
• With at least 5 years post-qualification experience in social service
• Sound working experience in disaster management and/or disaster emergency operations
• Good performance in coordination work and people management
• Strong writing, training and coaching skills
