Requirements: 

• Over 20 years’ experience in ladies fashion and/or lingerie garment manufacturing experience, out of which at least 10 years in overall company management exposure.
• Experience covered full management responsibilities ranging from Sourcing, Production, QA/QC, ISO, Logistics, Finance & Accounts, HR & Admin, Warehousing etc.
• Strong people management skills.
• Demonstrated experience in garment manufacturing with hands-on factory exposure in China.
• Some pattern making, sewing and construction knowledge.
• Technical knowledge of weaving, knitting, dyeing, printing and finishing procedures.
• Proven exposure in fabric sourcing in Asia, with strong preference in sourcing eco friendly fabrics for woven/knit/lace ladies products.
• Experience gained from ODM/OEM manufacturing of similar products is required, preferably from international brands/labels.
• Ideally possess CTPAT knowledge.
• Demonstrated understanding, establishment and implementation of garment quality standards through effective management of QA Manager and team.
• Proven successful development and implementation of cost savings and efficiency improvement initiatives.
• Prepared to communicate primarily between Head office, Hong Kong and China operations.
• Prepared to travel to China factory in Southern China weekly as well as overseas to Head office and/or meet with customers.
• Strong people and communication skills with internal and external parties, with special focus in maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
