Responsibilities:

• Responsible for full spectrum merchandising activities from development, production end up to shipment
• Provides inputs for top management on long term strategic development
• Supervise team to provide high customer servcies for local and oversea buyers for whole merchandising process 
• Work closely with internal and external parties to meet business needs.
• Monitor  production status with related parties to ensure quality on standard and delivery  on schedule 
• Acts as a market-sensing role to develop fabric suppliers and recommend new fabrics to customers
• Provides production related advice for customers during product development stage
• Facilitates major price negotiation with vendors
• Communicates and  confirms pricing of orders  

Requirements:

• Diploma or above  in merchandising, fashion, textile or related discipline 
• At least 13-year relevant working experience in apparel industry and  hold minimum 3 years at similar level
• Work background in sizable trading  plus have buying company work experience is preferable. 
• Experience in all kinds of fashion, causal, active knits apparel from top to bottom include performance knits wear  focus in US market  plus some for  Europe
• Capable to supervise a sizable merchandising Team include senior managerial grade staff 
• Strong leadership skills to lead the team so as to meet tight deadline and achieve business targets
• Strong problem solving and communication skills with good  customers  services attribute
• Experience in garment factory system 
• Independent, well-organized, presentable and strong determination. 
• Excellent command of both English and Mandarin
