Job Description

We are currently further investing and expanding our business in Asia and seeking for an entrepreneurial candidate to join us in Hong Kong to develop and market personal care products there.

The Role

• The successful candidate is given significant and full range of business and product development responsibilities, including product design and development, market trend research, customer presentation and relationship management, product costing (raw materials, labor costs, etc.) for quotation, and order follow-up to ensure quality and delivery.  
• Support financial requirements of product management including pricing, budgets and forecast.
• Develop and identify new business prospects on fitting-out organization’s target product categories.
• Drive sales performance and success across the organization.
• Create, negotiate and close commercial agreements.
• A person with entrepreneurial spirit and high energy will find the full range of business management and product development experiences very rewarding.
  
  

Requirement

• Bachelor degree or above, with science background.
• A native English speaker with knowledge in other European languages is preferable.
• Over ten years of experience in product and market / business development in the personal care industry is a definite advantage.
• Hands-on experience working directly with EU / USA factories for export to China & Hong Kong market.
• Strong business planning, project management and execution skills.
• Positive, responsible, self-motivated and proactive.
• Frequent travels to USA and EU might be required.
• Chinese language skills would be helpful, but not required.
