• At least 10years or more relevant working experience preferably in Kitchenware industry.
• Knowledge in production controlling, sales and operations planning, demand and supply planning in manufacturing environment.
• With good understanding of routine manufacturing management, production planning, facility maintenance, administrative & human resources duties.
• Work closely with internal departments to ensure business target & GMP compliance task can be achieved properly.
• Participate in technical transfer& development of new products & processes.
• Crisis Management and provide resolution for any supply chain issues globally, across product lines.
• Daily production progress physical review, keep tracking smoothness and reporting each order flows and progress, identify bottle neck and solutions.
• Manage internal and external customer demands with flexibility and speed.
• Interface with other functional teams, including business, program management, design, engineering, quality, and manufacturing to secure time-to-market and good mass production.
• Monitoring and Coordinate with all departments concerning production cycles planning and tracking.
• Self-motivated, able to work under pressure and strong sense of responsibility.
• Good in written and spoken English and Mandarin.
