The company is a global supplier of electronic control technologies and solutions in appliance products. In prospect of robust growth over the next few years, they are looking for suitable candidates to manage their operation in China. 

Major Responsibilities: 

• Formulate appropriate manufacturing strategies to meet the Group's business targets and development goals;
• Lead and drive the manufacturing operation of specific targets in output, productivity, cost, quality and delivery;
• Drive continuous improvements and implementing appropriate best practices of manufacturing;
• Develop competency in manufacturing operation with key performance indicators;
• Inspire a common vision and enhance teamwork within the manufacturing operation to achieve total customer satisfaction. 

Suitable candidate should be/have: 

• Degree in Engineering, a higher degree is a definite advantage;
• 10+ years solid experience in sizable manufacturing operation, preferably in MNCs;
• Previous experience in PCBA, EMS manufacturing is essential;
• Strong in leading and people management, with at least 5 years in production management;
• Aggressive and organized;
• Fluent English and Mandarin;
• Station in Shenzhen

Remarks:  Candidate with more experience will be considered as Sr. Manufacturing Manager
