• In charge of product development from design to mass production including design briefing & prototype review
• Support Product Development Manager in developing strategies for new products from idea generation, research to product launch
• Follow up with vendors for production schedule, negotiate cost and deal with suppliers
• Review performance and set up KPI to vendors
• Work with suppliers and technical team directly on sample development, ensure sample is aligned with required quality standards and testing
• Explore new constructions, materials, technologies and implement in our collection

We are looking for

• Bachelor Degree with minimum of 2 years’ experience in consumer product development
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills
• Flexible and able to work efficiently & effectively in a dynamic environment
• Attentive to details with good presentation and communication skills
• Strong team spirit with capacity to work independently and autonomously
• Experience in fashion industry or watch technical knowledge is a plus
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Candidate with design background would be an advantage
