Responsibilities:

• Develop and align HR strategy, goals and priorities to overall business strategy and objectives
• Accountable for full spectrum of strategic HR functions including Manpower Planning, Human Capital Development Programs, Performance Management, C&B Implementation, Employee Relations, Cultural Change Initiatives, etc.
• Facilitate Talent Development, establish Career Paths and Succession Planning
• Partner with top management and functional leaders to evaluate and implement Talent & Organisation Development, Cultural Change Initiatives, and Continuous Improvement
• To develop plan, organize activities and manage resources to successfully accomplish HR projects on schedules and deadlines
• To coordinate with all stakeholders including internal customers, consultants and subcontractors to ensure smooth project implementation
• To lead HR project teams to accomplish Goals & Projects in terms of timelines, budget and service quality, achieving business objectives & customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• University graduate in HRM, business management or related disciplines with minimum 15+ years on Strategic HR management experiences & Talent Development Pipelines exposures
• Large corporate or multi-national experiences in talent development initiatives required 
• Proven capability to interact and influence top management, senior division leaders, internal & external stakeholders, all levels of staff members
• Strong team leadership, budgeting & people resources planning, project management
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with good command of English and Chinese including Putonghua.
• Candidate with more experience will be considered senior positions
