Job Responsibilities: 

1. Supervise China Sales & Merchandising Team on day-to-day operation and report to Sales Director
2. Ensure all sales and merchandising activities are carried out promptly and effectively 
3. Co-ordinate with internal departments and vendors to follow through the entire     merchandising process, from product development, sample approval, material purchase to bulk production by ERP
4. Able to resolve critical issues arising from merchandising, product planning, material supply, production and shipment in order to ensure on-timely delivery of quality product
5. Implement and evaluate the sales plan in order to achieve sales and gross profit target
6. Maintain good relationship and close communication with customers and proactively execute potential customer acquisition
7. Undertake ad-hoc project assigned by the Management 

Job Requirements: 

1. Degree or above of Sales/Marketing/Merchandising/Garments/Textile or related discipline
2. Solid academic training of Textiles & Clothing or related disciplines
3. Over 10 years working experience in garment industry, with 5 years at supervisory level in US market
4. Detailed mind, well-organized, self-motivated, integrity and strong interpersonal skill
5. Good command of spoken and written of English and Chinese, with spoken Mandarin
6. Station at Shenzhen office 3 to 4 days per week and frequent travelling is required
7. Immediate available or short notice is an advantage
