Job Description
Job duties:
- Certificate, lab-test report & inspection report review
- Timely up-dating of internal documentation database ensuring completeness of documents
- Communication between merchandising and suppliers to ensure correctness of documentation
- Work closely with 3rd party , suppliers, merchandising and head office in regards to testing and inspection issues
- Release shipments in internal system
Requirements:
- Higher diploma and/or degree holder in textile testing/chemistry (apparel, home textiles, footwear)
- Experienced Testing Standards (EU/Germany) and procedures
- Understanding of Quality Control AQL standards
- Good knowledge of German/European physical, chemical and product safety requirements
- Experience in buying office or testing house is desired
- Excellent organization skills & able to handle administrative tasks with speed
- Good command of both verbal and written English, Mandarin as well as MS Word, Excel and Power Point.
- Self-motivated, hardworking and a strong sense of responsibility
