Responsibilities:

• Monitor & manage QC daily job, inspection schedule and expenses report
• Ensure professional and on-time Quality Inspections and Reports
• Assist QC to handle difficult vendors, liaise accordingly with vendors in case of serious quality issues detected
• Coordinate internally to ensure Quality Standard meets with customer requirements
• Follow-up and provide professional advice to resolve quality problem
• Provide training internally and externally - when needed and appropriate
• Ad-hoc projects as assigned 

Requirement:

• Diploma or above
• Form 5 or above with 10 years’ experience on quality control and team management
• Good knowledge of material and finished products
• Knowledge of toy and furniture products is a big advantage
• Good supervisory, interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluency in English and Mandarin are essential
• Proficient in MS Office, such as MS Excel, MS Outlook, etc.
• Willing to travel frequently in China
