Responsibilities:

1. Lead 3 workshops (IE, EE,ME) about engineering, maintenance activities, budget, productivity, efficiency, and continuous improvement for the workshops under managed;
2. Drive for continuous improvement of production in process and automation, in terms of productivity , quality , and cost savings;
3. Provide an effectual interface and problem solving process to all production stage ; and design all strategies;
4. Evaluate and carry out investigation on discrepancies for all actual as well as planned industrial procedures and keep track of all data; ensure integrity of results;
5. Provide assistance to all manufacturing facilities, develop plans for the analysis of smooth flow of factory processes;
6. Set up and Monitor improvement plan of the department.

Requirement:

1. Degree in Industrial Engineering or related disciplines
2. More than 10 years relevant working experience in Garment or Home Textiles manufacturing, of which at least 5 years in management level
3. Solid experience in Lean Manufacturing Management 
4. Knowledge and experience in GST is an advantage
5. Great communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
6. Strong leadership and management competencies
7. Self-motivated, independent, aggressive and possession of problem solving ability
8. Excellent command of spoken & written English and able to communicate in Mandarin.
