Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Plan and develop trade marketing strategy for open trade and key account channel based on marketing strategy and ensure trade marketing campaign execution excellence at trade level

2. Work with Sales and Marketing Manager to develop distribution strategies that drive business results

3. Develop in-store point of sales materials to build brand visibility in each channel    

4. Analyze sales data to optimize the outcomes of promotion plans and find out new methods/tools for a systematic and effective trade marketing activities for each channel and customers.

6. Collaborates with sales team to develop sales communication tools to effectively present brands and marketing initiatives to customers 

7. Plan and manage trade spending budget as according to plan to ensure ROI in different channels. Be responsible for new product promotions and other marketing events.

8. Work together with sales team to drive category development plan to bring value to customers

 

 Requirements

1. Bachelor degree holder

2. At least 3 years’ experiences at managerial level in trade marketing

3. Solid work experiences in in-store activation in drug stores and supermarket chains in HK and Macau 

4. Excel at data analyzing and targeting the needs of customers.

5. Well-organized, innovative and self-motivated.
