POSITION SUMMARY
We're looking for a talented Social Media Manager to join our marketing team. You will develop, implement and manage social media strategies and content across multiple channels for a portfolio of international brands. If you are an experienced and talented social media manager with a passion for social media and marketing, we would love to hear from you.
Job description and role summary
- Implement and manage social media strategies for a portfolio of clients
- Formulate and implement social media strategies and actions plans
- Execute social media campaigns including content strategy and production
- Work with production teams to execute creative ideas and concepts
- Actively manage social media channels on behalf of our Clients
- Create relevant and engaging content optimized for platforms and channels
- Copy-write, translate, edit and proof-read all content across multiple channels
- Research and engage with KOL across the region
- Monitor, measure and report the performance of social media campaigns
- Able to propose and execute campaigns to increase engagement and followers
Key Skills and requirements.
- Degree Holder in digital marketing / communications or equivalence
- Minimum 5 years relevant working experience in PR or Digital Marketing field
- Experience in South East Asia and China market is a definite plus
- Proven experience in managing Chinese social media channel included WeChat and Weibo
- Proven experience in writing social media post in both English and Chinese
- Hands on with google AdWords and / or Baidu is a definite advantage
- Proven track record in working with retailers and international brands
- Good understanding of customer behavior in multiples markets
- Problem solving, pro-active and creative minded
- Able to drive creative thinking process
- Experience in copywriting in English, traditional and simplified Chinese
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Able to work under pressure and able to make decision
- Proficient in excel, word, PowerPoint, AI and Photoshop is a plus
