Our Research division is looking for a Senior Analyst to join our busy team based in Hong Kong. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

* Identifying new and emerging trends in the property market
* Executing research projects to assist CBRE to conclude transactions
* Providing senior business leaders with updated market information
* Delivering market reports to both internal and external clients
* Assisting the Director of Research in coordinating and executing regular research publications
* Contributing ideas for topical research papers

The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience in research, working in the Hong Kong property market.

To be successful in this role you will ideally have:

* 1-2 years' property research experience in Hong Kong
* Bachelor's degree (BA/BS)
* Fluent spoken and written English and Cantonese
* The ability to articulate research findings and opinions succinctly
* A high degree of mathematical skills and accuracy in calculations
* Superior organisational skills - ability to manage multiple projects
* A strong work ethic, willingness to work hard and in a team
* Intermediate to advanced level in core Microsoft packages - Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
