Job Description:

• Work closely with internal parties on Sales & Marketing activities
• Maintain resources to support both Sales & Marketing team
• General clerical duties, Order processing and follow up the progress of the company and to communicate with the head office and liaison. Answer customer inquiries by email or phone call
• Order desk entry, check order and delivery status
• Establish monthly sales reports and report to the boss
• Assist preparation of events, booking venues and order marketing materials for marketing events as required
• Preparing sales report, sending out sales lead for the sales to follow up and collecting the feedback from sales

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above
• At least 1 year relevant working experience is preferable
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• Well-organized with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong sense of responsibility, positive-thinking, self-motivated, and a good team player
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Immediately available is preferred
