Job duties:

1. Act as contact point of Sales & Marketing team with internal staff & external customers
2. Responsible for support all business segment’s general sales administration and marketing service support
3. Assist business leaders to organize marketing events, promotion program, conference and/or exhibition.
4. Manage, custody BD promotion materials, such as catalog, gimmicks, and literature
5. As a gatekeeper of compliance to BD corporate policy of all promotion materials, BD image presentation in any events/circumstance
6. Handle routine business communication letter/scripts.
7. Prepare price quotation to customers
8. Well maintain customers database and sales relevant reports
9. Manage In-Market Sales data and upload to system
10. Handle goods delivery logistics and samples management
11. Assist any ad hoc work and projects assigned

Requirement:

• Diploma or above
• Minimum 2 years relevant working experience
• Proficiency in MS Word & Excel
• Able to communicate in Chinese, English and Mandarin
• Good analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
• Cheerful personality, well-organized, self-initiative
• Proactive work ethics and ability to work under tight timeliness and pressure
