Responsibilities

• Prepare promotion plan for new product launch
• Liaise with buyer, vendors, store operations and promotion team members to execute promotion plan
• Monitor inventory level and propose action plan to Buyer
• Update and analysis weekly sales report for providing solution
• Input promotion and program details into SAP system
• Visit stores regularly to review store execution such as product display and devices maintenance, as well as promotion set up and Tanawari layout
• Conduct market research to update market trend on display, selling and promotion tools
• Sustain competitive and effective selling & promotion tools and display
• Prepare effective selling contents for sales materials & devices such as POP, video POP, product showcase and product display guideline (both promotion and regular shelves)
• Communicate with Marketing team for department promotion enhancement, such as Facebook content submission
• Monitor marketing materials and promotion fixture provided by vendor based on Business Unit/ Company standard
• Provide product training and promotion details for frontline staff

Requirements

• University graduate
• With 2 years working experience in merchandising or retails industry
• Good command of PC including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Knowledge in Photoshop/ Illustrator is a must
• Experience in product display of related categories is a must
• Creative, proactive, analytical skill, strong interpersonal, communication skills and able to work with team and work independently as well.
• Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
