• Good understanding of online shopping and retail shops business operation and latest trends
• 3 years working experience; in outdoor products of fashion related; is an advantage but not a must
  
• Past experiences with operating retail shop, ecommerce, social media and affiliate partnership; where in China and Hong Kong marketplace is an advantage
• Experiences in handling online marketing and knowledge of web analytic tools like Google Analytic
  
• Proficiency in Photoshop, MS Excel and Internet application usage
  
• Willing to learn and to take ownership, able to work under pressure
• Customer-oriented, Good team spirit, Self-motivated
• Business level of both spoken and written Chinese, English and Mandarin
• Report to the CEO
• Get involved in business development for Greater China and Hong Kong markets as well as for other KEY ASIAN markets extension via Websites and other online channels
  
• Assisting the direct manager to develop, setup and manage the e-Commerce business and retail shop in China and Hong Kong
• Work with the team closely to achieve company sales target
  
• Provide qualitative sales administrative supports including market analysis, product management and CRM
