Job Responsibilities

Search and Analyze Financial Data

Analyze market and company data and prepare internal report for current projects and profile of potential clients, assisting in making pitching materials and providing insightful suggestions.

Present Findings

Capable for both producing and giving presentations, including reports and PowerPoints for pitching potential clients, collecting requirements and feedback from clients and assisting in generating periodical project reports.

Perform Administrative Duties

To carry out administrative tasks including arranging meetings, contacting clients, material translation and other ad-hoc tasks.

Job Requirements

• University graduate in any discipline from prestige university
• 1-2 years finance/ business analysis/ project management related experience (Fresh graduate and Non-local graduates with IANG Visa will also be considered)
• Knowledge in financial market data (e.g. Stock, FX, Fund information)
• Responsible, proactive, logical, willing to learn and able to work under pressure
• Good project management, analytical and problem solving skills
• Proficient in both written and spoken English (IELTS 6.5 above or equivalent)  and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Good PC knowledge, including MS PowerPoint, Wordand Excel
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities and workflows and meet deadlines
• Familiar with financial models and assessment skills is an advantage
• Able to work independently with minimum or no supervision
• Patience, proactive, smart, detail-minded, well-organized and able to work under pressure
• Strong communication and interpersonal skill
• Flexibility to work overtime and willing to learn
• Immediate available is an advantage
