Job Summary

Reporting directly to the CEO of Checkey Ltd., the Sales and Marketing Associate’s responsibilities include selling and servicing new and existing accounts, creating new ideas to increase sales and performing basic office functions as needed.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Make cold calls from provided and self-generated lists to new and existing customers to generate sales
• Identify decision makers amongst targeted leads in order to start sales process
• Act proactively to create opportunities for new business with existing customers
• Maintain and expand database of prospects of the organization
• Handle cancellations or changes in sales order and communicating the changes with related departments
• Emphasize service or product features and benefits, discussing credit terms, quoting prices, and preparing sales order reports or forms.
• Build relationships to provide repeat business and excellent customer service
• Organize meetings to assist in closing new business and developing new relationships

Required Qualifications:

• Fluency in English, Mandarin Chinese and Cantonese
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment
• Excellent telephone communication skills
• Manage multiple relationships well
• Detail oriented and organized
• Aggressive, competitive and committed
• Highly motivated with a desire to be successful and high standard of accountability
• Ability to multi-task the activities with shifting priorities
• Effective time management skills and a team player with a positive attitude
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Office and Outlook
• Prior sales experience in the PRC region is a plus

Education and Formal Training:

• University degree

Salary: Base + Discretionary Bonus
