Job Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement corporate communications strategies to enhance the corporate image

- Initiate and organize programs and events including international and local conferences, high level luncheons, press conferences, gala dinners, social events, etc.

- Manage various aspects of corporate communications functions (such as media relations, corporate publications, etc.) to ensure corporate messages are conveyed to the public properly

- Maintain close relations with various stakeholders in particular with the media, consulates general, conference organizations and other associations.

- Manage Hong Kong Yancheng Chamber of Commerce and associate works

- Supervise drivers, boat captain and sailor for scheduling daily vehicle/yacht uses and work arrangement

- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant PR Manager

Requirements:

- Bachelor degree in Business Administration or relevant discipline

- 5 years relevant experience, preferably in Chinese companies

- Strong analytical and problem solving skills

- Energetic, mature, independent and able to handle multi tasks and work under pressure

- Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, native Mandarin speaker is highly preferred

- Proficient in PC skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Excel)
