You will report to the Board of Director.Key responsibilities include:

• Develop media relations and marketing communications plans, goals and budget for the Group and its subsidiaries
• Develop media relations strategy, pinpointing high-level placements of Company Brand Name in print, broadcast, online & traditional media or digital marketing
• Partner closely with trading/investment teams and other stakeholders across the Group to ensure public relations activities, resources and messaging are aligned to business needs/opportunities
• Create PR/media content page on company website for press releases and information on company events / PR activities
• Manage media and investors inquiries and interview requests
• Monitor, analyze and communicate and measure PR activities & results on a quarterly basis
• Track competitors to ensure maximum media coverage and pursue placements in trade and vertical press
• Writing press release, newsletters and communications, manage outsourcing agents, freelancers, editors, whenever suitable
• Organise Roadshow to Company’s project
• Experience with social media channels preferred
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in PR, Communications, Marketing or relevant discipline
• Proven working experience in public relations required; MNC and listed company experience highly preferred, primarily covers HK markets
• Strong writing, editing, relationship management and event management skills
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua)
