About the Role:

• Oversee planning, production and execution of events such as meetings, seminars, conferences and incentive trips etc
• Assist in the definition and creation of event goals
• Pre-event consultation and planning, venue selection, agenda development and event flow, event promotion and registration, budget management, related travel arrangements, staffing, event follow-up and reporting
• Responsible in liaison with internal and external parties
• Lead and coach team to ensure successful rollout of events

About You:

• 8+ years of relevant work experience in event marketing. Candidates with event agency experience are welcome
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or relevant field of study
• Demonstrated success in event management and project management
• Strong time-management and multi-tasking skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with an innate attention to detail
• Occasional traveling is required
