Duties:

• To lead Dupixent new product launch strategy including pre-launch preparation
• Shape market environment for readiness to accept Dupixent
• Set actionable new product launch strategy
• Identify and align actions consistent with identified critical success factors of launch strategy
• To leverage and collaborate with global/regional platform for launch success
• To manage cross-functional product launch team for seamless preparation and execution
• Set actionable new product launch strategy
• Lead product launch team (medial, regulatory, market access, communication, etc.)
• Identify and align actions consistent with identified critical success factors of launch strategy
• Identify and execute on strategic imperatives and collaborate with other functions
• Partner with key external stakeholders, opinion leaders, key prescribers and healthcare groups
• Lead commercialization of new product, including P&L management, building new commercial team

Requirements:

• Scientific background (medicine, pharmacy) and/or business education with specialisation in Sales or Marketing
• Excellent collaboration, negotiation and influencing skills; demonstrated ability to work with senior leaders
• Advanced scientific and medical knowledge, understanding well disease mechanisms and treatment regimens
• Possesses strong business acumen with excellent project management
• Strong commercial background, led commercial operations / business development initiatives
• Experience in led strategic projects / company growth initiatives
