Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute all-rounded marketing and promotion campaigns including but not limited to brand building, event promotions, e-marketing and social media campaigns
• Collaborate with operation, internal and external partners to ensure marketing programs are executed in efficient and effective way.
• Conduct regular evaluation of brand and product performance to generate new product ideas and identify key drivers of the brand
• Initiate and conduct relevant market studies to identify trends and highlight revenue opportunities
• Plan and monitor the marketing budget and expenditures
• Coordinate commercial photo shooting and press interview
• Writing and editing English and Chinese press release and marketing materials
• Support in production of marketing collaterals.
• Ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Degree holder in Marketing, Communications or related disciplines
• Minimum 6 years work experience in Food & Beverage business will be a definite advantage, candidate with more experience will be consider as Assistant PR & Marketing Manager
• Strong marketing sense and attention to details
• Strong analytical, good communication, presentation, problem solving and interpersonal skills
• Strong business acumen and media relations
• Sound knowledge in digital marketing
• Passion in F&B, self-motivated, willing to work under pressure
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficient in PC application such as Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Chinese Word Processing
• Familiar with Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Indesign is preferred
• Immediate available will be a definite advantage.
