Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day Accounts Team and accounting operations of the Ptarmigan Group of Companies;
• Oversee and check of management reports for the group;
• Monitor cash balance and prepare liquidity forecast (e.g. Cash flow forecasts);
• Prepare periodic project P/L and analyse project performance;
• Liaise with auditors for annual statutory audit and tax issues;
• Delegate, supervise and review work of Assistant Accountants;
• Any other duties as assigned by Finance Manager.

Requirements

• Degree holder, or recognised professional qualification in Accounting;
• A Minimum of 7 years’ working experience in accounting field;
• Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese is a must;
• Fluency in Putonghua is not required but an advantage;
• Proficient in MS Office applications;
• Excellent working knowledge of SAP Business One, or a similar system;
• Experience in handling accounts for Singapore and Philippines companies, not required but a definite advantage;
• Ability to fulfil responsibilities independently within a team work environment;
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities;
• Self-motivated, well-organised, attentive to details and strong sense of responsibility;
