Job Description

The Regional Marketing Manager is responsible for the planning, implementation and tracking of marketing campaigns across APAC. His or her performance will be measured by lead generation and successful execution of marketing programmes and activities.

• Develop and implement marketing campaigns in collaboration with other functional units to drive business impacts
• Partner with sales to develop, support and measure high-impact events, seminars, trade events and digital programme that help achieve marketing objectives
• Engage in marcomms projects that lead to the increased market awareness of Merrill’s brand and services in the region, and curate marketing content that entices and engages different market niches
• Work collaboratively and effectively with HQ shared services teams to drive digital, social and CRM success
• Support market research and business intelligence functions as required by the business
• Participate in other marketing projects when deemed necessary

Key Expected Outcomes

• Delivery of lead generation metrics
• Deployment of marketing campaigns
• Implementation of engagement programmes targeted at clients/ prospects/ market niches

Other Relevant Requirements

• 5-8 years integrated or enterprise/B2B marketing experience in multinational companies
• Demonstrated success in driving marketing campaigns across APAC markets
• A fast learner and a resourceful executive who can thrive in a matrix and multi-cultural environment
• A team player who collaborates effectively with internal and external clients
