Roles & responsibilities:

External:

1. Manage all the jobs assigned by the company, alignwith all the working parties, and maintain the relationship with the clients.
2. Participate in new business pitching, help prepare the materials, and lead the team to perform the presentation;
3. Supervise the team, complete all jobs within the deadline,  and satisfy the client’s needs;
4. Provide account servicing and grow the business of the existing accounts. New business or new clients development is also expected;
5. Possess experience in outdoor events management such as permit/licenses application, lead time, and procedures of different government departments.

Internal:

1. Project management and budget control;
2. Vendor sourcing, building relationship, and supplier management;
3. Responsible for on-site set-up, its production quality and all safety issues.

Skills & qualifications:

1. University graduate/college degree or above with major in advertising, marketing and PR preferably;
2. Strong capability in business development;
3. Good communication skills, sense of team work, positive attitude and able to work under pressure;
4. At least 8-year working experience with at least 3-years solid experience in marketing field or promotional eventsarerelated field; Good experience in the outdoor event management, production and execution;
5. Fluency in English & Chinese
6. Enthusiasm in marketing with good analytical mindset.
7. More experience and qualification will be considered as “Event Project Director”
