Responsibilities:

• Responsible to do the copywriting in various social media platforms, experience on kids & parenting will be bonus
• Assist in preparing analytic reports and proposal
• Responsible to follow up on integrated marketing events
• Highly involve in customer servicing, social media marketing and account servicing management
• Creation and development of presentation materials for marketing and communications
• Design, build and maintain our social media presence. 
• Drive traffic to our website and Facebook fans page through various campaigns, content partnership and marketing programs 
• Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
• Analyze and evaluate keywords and web traffic to improve the performance of search marketing and make recommendations to improve conversions
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Prepare and present dashboards and reports for findings and insights
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
• Collaborate with internal teams and supporting team

Requirements: 

• University degree  (Marketing preferred)
• 1 years or above solid experience in social media marketing or SEM management.
• Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
• Experience on Google Analytics and other web analytics platforms is preferred.
• Sound knowledge of digital applications and trends and passion and drive to initiate digital marketing ideas
• Good negotiation skills on agency and vendor management
• Excellent command of written and spoken English & Chinese
• Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
• Proactive, trust-worthy and being a team-player is essential
