Description:
- To input contract data into booking system and maintain filing system
- Coordinate with internal departments related to booking orders
- Prepare regular operation reports
- Assist on inventory management and ad-hoc projects
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in fast-paced business environment essential, media background is an advantage
- F.7 or above
- Fast and accurate typing
- With good knowledge in Adobe Premiere, Adobe Photoshop, After Effect, Movie Maker is highly preferred
- Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Able to work under pressure
- Hardworking and willing to work overtime
- more experience should be considered as Sales Administration Officer
- Fluent English and Chinese in both spoken and written
