Job Responsibilities

Office Management

  • Greeting guests
  • Ensuring office is tidy and clean
  • Coordinating corporate events
  • Coordinating Video and Audio Conference Calls for internal trainings and meetings
  • Organise the office and maintain supplies of stationary and equipment
  • Maintain the condition of the office and arrange for necessary repairs
  • Act as a contact person between internal staff and our IT team

Executive support 

  • Managing diary and monitor emails for APAC CEO and APAC COO & senior executives
  • Supporting executives with travel bookings
  • Completing expense reports each month
  • Coordinating with internal staff at all levels for internal meetings
  • Coordinating external meetings with clients
  • Assisting with logistics for external and internal meetings
  • Handle personal matters for APAC CEO and APAC COO.
  • Coordinating Video and Audio Conference Calls
  • Screen all the incoming calls – redirect calls to team and take messages
  • Prepares reports, presentations, and data, as well as maintaining files, records, and correspondence for meetings

Requirements:

  • Mature, stable and highly organised
  • Have 8-10 years of experience in a similar role
  • Fluency in English and Cantonese is essential with Mandarin skills an advantage
  • The position suits candidates who enjoy working in a dynamic and fast paced environment
