You will be offered opportunities to work with different sectors of client – from directly to deal with the Research experts in Fortune 500 blue chip companies and brands; the leading global research groups, regional marketing and media firms, mid-sized to boutique agencies and independent consultants around the world. In term of project portfolio, we are regularly working on ad-hoc or tracking projects in Finance & Banking, FMCG, Retail, Media & Advertising, Travel, Hospitality and Tourism, Utilities and Public sectors, etc.

Backed by a team of experts within the Company in different functions around the globe, be the Chief on the projects assigned and aim to deliver the results by the highest quality standards
Day to day Responsibilities:
- Take full responsibility and accountability of the Market Research Project assigned
- Manage Market Research Project efficiently and accurately from project planning to delivery
- Familiar with traditional research methodologies as well as thinking outside the box to learn new Research applications and solutions
- Effectively communicate with sales teams and all operation teams to ensure customer’s needs are met and understood
- Closely liaise with all operations teams and keep control of the project status by coordinating all parts involved at all time
- Maintain and improve Toluna Service and Operations quality standards
The Candidate – You!
- 3 years+ hand on working experiences in market research environment
- University or college graduate
- High Level of professionalism and integrity
- Self-motivated, Multitasking
- A Team player
- Data Processing and Analytic skills
- Must be fluent in English, Chinese in written/spoken, additional languages is a plus
