Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the eyewear design function for Asia market on all licensed fashion brands
• Research and analyse for market trend, and share monthly report to product development team and sales division
• Regular Skype meetings with brand managers and designers in UK to understand DNA of each brand and direction
• Regular meetings with suppliers to understand new techniques or concepts, and to build and maintain a sample library
• Prepare designs, renderings, colours selection for each brand and release, and ensure works will be delivered according to the predetermined timeline schedule
• Review and comment on technical drawings
• Prepare presentation materials for brand approval
• Review colours samples if any comments
• Liaise and coordinate with sales team for understanding of best seller models of each brand and release

Requirements

• Diploma or above in product design or relevant disciplines
• Over 10 years of experience in Eyewear Industry
• Proficiency in design software, such as Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDraw, AutoCad or equivalent 3D softwares
• Creative, self-motivated with strong fashion sense and sensitive on market trends
• Good command of spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Candidates with less experience will also be considered for the role of Designer
