The incumbent will collaborate with merchandising and engineering teams to provides creative design and production support on greeting products.

Responsibilities:

• Take ownership in product development process including creative component sourcing, product review and approval.
• Maintain component library operation for inspiration of US Creative.
• Create design concepts by interpret trend board; using combination of typography, design elements, secondary processes and components.
• Understand design intent; communicate clearly the design expectation to suppliers.
• Proactively provide design/ material solutions for cost saving opportunities.
• Support professional photo shooting and retouching for product and packaging.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Visual Communications, Graphic Design or Product Design.
• 5 years on graphic, card or gift design experience.
• Knowledge in secondary process of printing, color management & separation preferred.
• Great English communication skills, international experience would be beneficial.
• Portfolio to demonstrate excellent computer graphic and photography skills are required.
• Efficient and proficient knowledge in Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign on Mac.
• Proactive team player to cope with departmental efficiency through teamwork.
• Innovative, self-motivated, flexible to work under pressure and meet tight schedule.
