This hybrid role will have a strong focus on Merchandising Planning and Buying, but will also tap into Marketing projects.

Key Responsibilities

 Merchandise Planning and Buying

• Manage OTB and Buying budget and forecasts for seasonal and continuity products
• Manage inventory levels, replenishment needs and ordering of new products
• Issue, verify, manage entire ordering process including Purchase Orders, Order Confirmations, Invoices
• Analyse weekly and monthly sales, sell-through, inventory and business performance reports; identify fast/slow movers, business opportunities, overselling or underselling situations
• Manage markdowns and obsolete inventory, work with Marketing on promotional campaigns
• Be a part of Buying team decision making to curate seasonal collections and brands
• Discover and bring in new brands to SHEER’s portfolio

 Marketing

• Work closely with Marketing team to promote star products, slow movers, seasonal trends
• Assist in developing and executing marketing campaignsto grow brand recognition and customer base
• Help organize and execute in-store events, fashion shows, cross-promotional programs, press events, KOL outreach
• Work together to create engaging Visual Merchandising guidelines based on current season’s buys
• Help coordinate and execute product photography shoots for online store
• Support the team on ad-hoc or admin needs

 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 1 to 3+ years experience in Luxury Fashion/Beauty Merchandising or Accounting
• Strong knowledge and skills Microsoft Excel (V-look Up, Pivot Tables, shortcuts), POS systems and sales reporting
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Cantonese, Mandarin a plus
