Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for development and production follow up, order execution and logistic co-ordination
- Handle price negotiation, costing with suppliers
- Ensure the merchandising and production process are smooth and information is accurate to all relevant parties
- Monitor order tracking activities to meet the requirements in terms of quality, quantity, specification, delivery etc.
- Handle emails with overseas vendors and buyers independently
- Other tasks and projects assigned by the line manager
Job Requirement
- Diploma or above in clothing / textiles
- Minimum 4 years working experience in handling lingerie, nightwear, swimwear and underwear
- Self-motivated, independent, proactive, team player and able to work under pressure
- Strong communication and organization skills required
- Proficient in MS Office application (MS Word, Excel & Outlook)
- Good command of English and Mandarin
- Immediate available is preferred
