Responsibilities:

• Support PROUD, the Enterprise Resources Planning system, for the maintenance of records and user profiles; provide helpdesk support to internal users
• Support ePROS, the e-tendering system, to facilitate the supplier registration, handle enquiry from internal and external customers
• Support Purchasing Card administration, e.g. Purchasing Card application, enquiry and reporting
• Support the preparation of monthly management reports for the Procurement Department
• Provide general clerical support to the Procurement Department

Requirements:

• Tertiary education or above in Business Administration, Procurement & Supply or other related discipline
• Candidate with working experience will be preferred
• High standard of integrity with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good spoken and written English and Chinese. Knowledge of Putonghua is preferred
• Excellent computer literacy in MS Words, Excel and Powerpoint
