• Diploma holder or above in Business Administration or Marketing;
• 2-3 years working experience; 
• Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin is a MUST;
• Detail-oriented with good organization abilities;
• Well verse in Microsoft Outlook & Excel;
• Immediate available

Your Missions:

• Maintain quality communication with customers and provide proper solutions to resolve customer requests;
• Monitor and follow up status of the on-line orders;
• Coordination work with our satellite print shops on customer care processing; 
• Assist team head on stock monitoring;
• Work on system data to generate CRM reports and recommendations
