Responsibilities:

• Perform stock replenishment and PO management to optimize inventory and maintain good relationship with manufacturers
• Monitor, Review and Forecast regular replenishment
• Preparing reports related to order planning
• Coordinating with China planning team for order updating
• Managing order follow up and production inquiry
• Inventory planning and prepare stock transfer instructions to the 3PLs
• Import/Export shipments handling and customs declaration
• Assist General Manager to prepare month end/weekly and ad hor reports.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Logistic / Supply Chain or related disciplines
• 3 or more years of relevant working experience is preferred  
• Experience in manufacturing, logistics, customers service, supply chain or trading is preferred
• Self-motivated, responsible and able to work under pressure
• Good command of English and Chinese (Putonghua and Cantonese)
• Proficiency in PC operation including Microsoft word, Excel & Chinese word processing and supply chain software
• Experience in SAP will be an advantage
• Immediately available is highly preferred
