Responsibilities:

• F.5 or above Min 5 yrs exp handling full set of L/C & I/E documents.
• Customs declaration and banking. Min 3 yrs exp in Trading field Good interpersonal skill with forwarder/transportation company for shipping arrangement Skilled in liaising customer & factory from forecast to firm order to delivery Good Mandarin & English is preferential Familiar with MS Office and Tradelink Detail-oriented, responsible, diligent, work cautious,memorable,willing to learn & able to work overtime Immediately available is a MUST
• Samples follow up and packing.
• Knowledge insurance & Italian furniture priority.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in shipping;
• Form 7 or above education;
• Good command of written and spoken English, able to speak Mandarin;
• Proficient in computer literacy including Excel, Word and Outlook;
• Well organized, responsible, independent, cautious,memorable,initiative and able to work under pressure
• Follow up orders/shipments with factories and sampling
