Our client is an international leading lifestyle group. To cope with the rapid expansion, they are inviting a high caliber to join their Merchandising & Planning team in Hong Kong to support merchandise management for the Hong Kong and China region.

Responsibilities:

• Assist and support in merchandise management including monitoring stock delivery, allocations, replenishments and transfers
• Create and execute the seasonal allocation and replenishment to stores for Hong Kong and China market
• Monitor inventory, order delivery and replenishment, maintain the correct category assortment by location
• Allocate merchandises and coordinate with shops and warehouse to smooth the stock replenishment issue
• Ensure appropriate inventory level of designated product categories are maintained to maximize sales and inventory turn
• Transformed merchandise and buying strategies into allocation of merchandise
• Analyzing seasonal trends, branch and stock performance
• Reviewed and analyzed sales to improve forecasting accuracy

Requirements:

• University Degree holder
• 2-4 years of experience, in retail merchandising, planning and allocation position in large retail MNC
• Mature, organized, detail-mind, good communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent analytical skills, good at Excel with strong numerical & business sense
• Good command of both spoken & written Cantonese, Mandarin and English
