Job Description
Our client is a luxury shoes brand that carries wide range of products and expand their business rapidly. Their shops locate in prestigious business area. .To cope with their business expansion, they are looking for a Assistant Merchandising Manager to join their team.
The Job:
- Planning buy budgets, OTB plans(pre-buy/buying/post-buy), merchandising and pricing
- Analyzing historical data
- Reviewing and transferring merchandise between points of sales
- Proposing promotions within the stores to stimulate sales
- Understanding the markets, customers and competitors
- Leading the product training in the stores to ensure retail staff are familiar with new arrivals
- Oversee retail & wholesales operations, sales performance
- Work closely with retail operation and marketing team for visual merchandising and brand positioning.
Candidate:
- Degree holder with minimum 5 years retail buying or planning experiences, preferably in fashion or shoes industry
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills are essential
- Excellent skill in Excel is essential. Knowledge of PowerPoint, other database software or planning systems will be an advantage
- Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
